Lori,
I'm jealous and excited for you to be going to Copenhagen. It's an important time, perhaps one of the most important in history. Arguably, "THE" most important. I hope you have significant impact on the actions of the actual delegations who will be negotiating COP-15. I'm heading to Greenland and Copenhagen this week for Climate Change related events and hope to share more stories like yours in upcoming months.
cheers,
t.

My name is Lori Zibel and I am a 17 year old senior in high school. My school, Bow High School, was the only high school in America chosen to represent The United States in the Zealand Consensus. The Zealand Consensus is an environmental conference held in Denmark in late November. 10 students delegations from various countries around the world will be in attendance at this conference. The idea of the conference is students will discuss various environmental issues such as bio fuel, nuclear energy, and environmental behavior. After two days of intensive conversation students will present their ideas to the UN and two weeks later the UN will pass the recommendations from the students to the leaders of the world at the United Nations Climate Change Conference known as the COP15.

Our school is really excited to be a part of this consensus, after all the fate of the environment rests in the hands of everyone on this earth, especially the youth generation. We are anxious to have our voice be heard. We want people to know that we are going on this trip and want to know their opinions. Therefore, we are looking for publicity. We want the public to know what we are doing and we want their opinion. We were wondering if you could help us out with this.

Thank you so much!
